Turn an e-com shot into campaign imagery

Campaign imagery from assets you already have. Source plus inspiration image, no prompt writing needed.

What you'll make

Mood-driven campaign imagery from a plain e-commerce shot. The Editorial tool borrows the environment, lighting and atmosphere of an inspiration image without copying it, so your garment and model stay exactly as shot.

Steps

  1. Open your e-commerce image in Editorial. You can chain it straight from another tool: hover the result, open the expanded view, and click the Editorial icon. It lands in the source image slot.
  2. Click Choose Inspiration Image. Pick from the Examples tab, a strong set of editorial shots in distinct moods, or upload your own reference.
  3. Set the aspect ratio for the final deliverable. Portrait for e-commerce and social, 16:9 if the image is headed to the Video tool, because downstream tools inherit the frame.
  4. Generate. No prompt needed: source plus inspiration is the whole mechanic.

Why it works

The tool takes only the world of the inspiration image: the environment, the light, the haze. In our reference run, the model kept her emerald tee, cargo trousers and sneakers, and only the misty moorland and overcast light transferred, with real ground contact and horizon light rather than a pasted background. For quick looks there are also template chips: Analogue Film, Fisheye and Direct Flash.

Settings

Defaults on arrival: 3:4, 1 variation, Fast, 1K, 1 credit. Treat the ratio as a deliverable decision: e-commerce is portrait, video is landscape, so re-frame here in Editorial rather than later.

Good to know

The inspiration image is required. If the generate button will not arm, check the inspiration slot: with only a source image it stays disabled. And it will not copy the clothes from your inspiration image, only the scene, so you can borrow the mood of any editorial you love without inheriting its wardrobe.
