How do The Fabricant Intelligent Tools work?

The Fabricant’s Intelligent Tools are built on our proprietary garment library and deep industry knowledge, designed to interpret key fashion elements such as shape, texture, and drape. They transform creative input into precise, high-quality visuals that express each designer’s unique vision.

Our technology never uses customer projects or personal data for training. Every design remains fully owned and protected by its creator, ensuring that innovation happens in a secure and trusted environment.

What tools do you have available?

What's the difference between 2K and 4K in the upscaler

2K and 4K refer to pixel resolutions 2048 x 2048 and 4096 x 4096 pixels high or wide. 2K image will be perfect for a full screen image on a laptop, desktop or a TV presentation. 4K is only needed when wanting have the ability to zoom into the image like on e-commerce product pages. Or when wanting to print an image to a physical publication like a leaflet, magazine or book.

No formal training is needed to use The Fabricant’s Intelligent Tools. We have built the platform with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to start creating right away — no technical background required.

What support is available?

We are available at all times of the day to answer questions via email, video calls and Whatsapp. Just write to us on support@thefabricant.com and we will get back to you asap. Usually within a few hours. For enterprise clients we provide on-site and virtual on-demand training.

When will the other tools launch?

We will be launching updates on a weekly basis and new tools every other month. Check back frequently, sign up for our newsletter and follow our social media to be up to date as soon as they launch.

Can I sign up for early beta testing?

We work with a small group of trusted users to test our tools and features. Best way to get early access to our tools is to be a superuser. A superuser is someone who uses the platform frequently and gives feedback for development purposes.

Do you have an ambassador program?

Yes, we do! We are always excited to welcome creators who are passionate about our platform into our Ambassador Program. Accepted ambassadors receive full, complimentary access to the entire platform. In return for this benefit, we expect ambassadors to use the platform frequently to create compelling content for their own use, and to share their creations and experiences across their social media channels. As a reward, ambassadors receive a personal coupon code to share with their network and earn a percentage commission on all sales brought to the platform using that unique code.

What plans are available?

We offer flexible subscription tiers for individuals, studios, and enterprises. You can view all pricing details on our Pricing Page. The plans are Free, Basic, Pro, Premium and Enterprise. We also provide API access on request.

How does the credit system work?

Each generation (image, edit, upscaling, video) consumes credits. You get a monthly credit allocation based on your plan, and unused credits roll over for one month. Free gets three daily credits. Basic 100 monthly credits and five video credits. Pro 350 monthly credits and 20 video credits. Premium 1500 monthly credits and 100 video credits.

Do you offer enterprise or custom plans?

Yes, we partner with brands and enterprises for custom workflows, API access, and private deployment. Contact our sales team to discuss your needs.

What rights do I have to the content I create?

You retain full commercial rights to outputs you generate under a paid account.

How does The Fabricant support sustainable fashion?

Since 2018, our mission is to eliminate waste in fashion by replacing physical sampling and photoshoots with digital processes. Every digital garment avoids material waste and carbon emissions from transport and production.

We are big proponents of the production-on-demand business model. We work closely with brands who implementing this into their business in order to combat waste in the fashion industry.

How do you ensure responsible use of AI?

We adhere to ethical AI guidelines: all generative models are trained on licensed or proprietary datasets, and we prohibit the creation of content that violates rights or depicts real individuals without consent.

Can I use The Fabricant for commercial projects?

Yes, with Basic, Pro or Premium plans:
